Cade Lane was a development of two five bedroom new build dwellings. Plot 1 totalled approximately 3,000 sq ft GSI and Plot 2 at approximately 4,000 sq ft GSI. The properties were developed by Robust Developments and then sold on to their homeowners off plan. We managed to gain planning permission to demolish the existing house and build the two approved dwellings. By offering these properties off plan, the end users had the ability to personalise the new homes exactly how they wanted them.
